Dear Team,
We are using ECC 6.0 EHP 7.0.
We configured Archive link thru OAc0, OAc2, OAC3 and required things.
I want to know the following info:
1. Can we restrict maximum original file size that can store in Archive link.
2. Can we make mandatory of GOS attachment in any transaction.
3. Where does original files store when we check out the document for viewing. Normally in DMS we can define folder, where these files will be stored. Can we have any config like that, so that after due course of time we can delete.
4. Does all type of files i.e. .xls, .doc, .pdf and other files will be opened outside SAP.
For points one and two can we do any development to bring control.
