Author can't see text rejected approval

Dear all,

I'm working with SAP Business One V8.82.

In the approval process, when the author of a document gets an alert, stating that the document (sales order i.e.) is rejected, with underlying explanatory text with reason of rejection, the author is not able to read that text.

Is there a way for the author of the document to read this text?
