we do have multiple contentrepositories within on content server.
Is there a tool for monitoring the size on the level of each contentrepositioriy?
Within SAP Contentserver Administration i do get only the identical values over all repositories.
eg. data(83%) log(0%) for each contentrepositiory, which ist the amount over all reps.

Created MIME type on DC30 and created thumbnails by sequence number for same the document type from SPRO. But I am unable to get on cv04n . I am storing and accessing originals . We want to see attached file (DOC, Excel, WRL, DWG, PDF) with image on top of the DIR key fields when choose thumbnail icon.
Let me know anything I missed for thumbnails.

is there already an offical supported way to use the Visual Enterprise Viewer 8 as embedded viewer (= similar to ECL viewer) in the SAP GUI for viewing original files of an DIR?

I am experiancing a strange behaviour of EASY DMS.
There were huge folders Under the Main Folder( Say Main )
and Each Folder( Say 1, 2 ,3..) has many Sub Folders ( Say 11, 21, 31..)and finally
in these Documents will be stored.
In Strange cases, I have seen the One of the folder ( say 1
) has noting inside ( Like 11, 12…) under it but in reality there were some sub
folders under it ( Like 11, 12…) and
lots of documents in the sub folder. Where are they missed?
I have checked the Document Structure and the links are
missing. Does anyone experienced same thing ? This is a case of huge document folders and
subfolders and many subfolders inside.

I have uploaded a file from the local desktop via CV01N.
The same file has been attached to a PO from ME22N.
Now, when the PO is opened from another location, the file is inaccessible.
I have defined a data carrier DMS and selected that at the time of attaching the document.
Still it is not accessible.

This shows me that the conversion of the secKey is valid.
Now I am trying to verify the message through openssl_verify() function:
openssl_verify($originalMessage, $secKeyDer, $pubKey, 'sha1');
and getting these errors:
error:0906D06C:PEM routines:PEM_read_bio:no start line
error:0606C06E:digital envelope routines:EVP_VerifyFinal:wrong public key type
Now I am stuck, I have no clue why there is a wrong public key type. According to the documentation of the function teh public key must be in PEM format.
Does anyone has an idea how to verify the message in PHP or alternatively in OpenSSL?

Hello, we have a content server which we can access from 2 different SAP systems.
Now we want to secure the content server that read/write access is only possible from SAP system A, and from SAP system B we would like only to have read access.
Working with certificates did not give till now any solution.
From the moment we submit a certificate from server B, we can do read/write towards the content server
Removing the certificate in CSADMIN on SAP system B will prevent reading of the content server.
We run Contentserver 6.40 in a AIX5.3 /MaxDB 7.6 environment with adminsecurity in cs.conf set to 1

Dear Expert,
Print and archive mode has been selected in the output type and we have configured the content repository in transaction(OAC0, OAC2 and OAC3).
The Basic Path and Archive Path are pointing to content server.
The ERS invoice document is archived successfully and we are able to open it via transaction MIR4 > attachment list.
But, we could not find the archived document in the content server path (that we defined in OAC0).
Please advise how we can find the archived document in content server.
